Work is carried out to the highest quality standards including the use of OEM components and may be individually tailored to customer specifications; from a "test and clean" through to an upgrade bringing your equipment into line with legislative requirements and changes.

With quality the watchword, there are 3 key levels in our refurbishment process. Clean and test keeps costs under control on equipment that may have been in use for only a short time; strip and rebuild, using OEM spares, is effectively a remanufacturing process that turns old kit into "as new condition" for a fraction of the price; legislation changes need not render your equipment obsolete, we can convert and update the specification of equipment to come into line with current legislative and code of practice requirements.

Training and Qualifications

EWL technicians receive full training in house and externally to comply with industry codes of practice, safety and environmental requirements. Our refrigeration engineers have City & Guilds 207801 Refrigerant Handling, NVQ Level 2 Copper Brazing, Service & Installation for Domestic Refrigeration enabling EWL to comply with BSEN 378.

Environment

Recycling high value assets saves our customers tens of thousands of pounds a year. The environmental impact of scrapping tons of equipment is greatly reduced by our capability to carry out decommissioning and re-commissioning of refrigeration equipment. Within safety guidelines we re-use parts where practicable within the customer's specific requirements. Decommissioning of coolers and refrigeration equipment is through our own de-gassing and oil reclamation process backed up by disposal through an approved recycling plant.

Collection and Delivery

By using our own fleet of vehicles large or small batches of equipment can be collected and returned on a regular and agreed schedule.

Warranty

Use of high quality components enables EWL to offer 6 months warranty on components and labour used in the refurbishment process and 12 months warranty on any re-manufactured equipment.
